design process

1. Consultation & Survey

Spending time in the garden with our clients is a really important part of the process. We will formulate a brief to help us understand your aspirations and what you would like to achieve with your new space.

2. Concept Design

We will provide you with a presentation of the concept design proposal.  This will include 2d sketches and mood boards. The emphasis on this stage is the layout of the garden.

3. Visuals

Following approval of the concept design, concept visuals will be provided so you can begin to get a sense of the space and how it could look.

4. Design Development

A masterplan is created citing specific design elements such as material choices. This document is a detailed scaled layout plan which a landscape contractor can use to cost and build your new garden.

5. Planting Plan

Our extensive horticultural knowledge and experience ensures we create planting plans and schemes that will not only look good aesthetically but will also thrive and evolve in your garden. Liaising with you throughout this process, we consider textures, colour, form, wildlife & pollinators.

6.Tender & Landscaping

A tender package is put together and sent to landscapers for quotation. We can recommend landscapers and other professionals to complete the build or you may have reliable contractors in mind. Once the build has commenced, we can schedule onsite visits to ensure the garden is built accurately and according to the design.
